CREDA Real Estate Research Symposium

On October 11-12, the Commercial Real Estate Data Alliance (CREDA) held its 3^rd annual research symposium featuring paper presentations, discussions, and keynotes from leading including Sheridan Titman and Nancy Wallace, practitioners from firms including BlackRock, StepStone, Barings, and the Federal Reserve Board, and data providers.

Despite tropical storm winds and rain, attendees dove into topics such as CRE Technology, Advancing CRE Research, updates on Universal Building Identifiers, and how to bridge the gap between academic and industry needs.
